Hi, I’m Shannon,

& I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

As a Level 2 Integrative Health Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and Nutritionist with 7 years of experience in the health industry, I’m here to help you take back control of your health—so you can feel clear, grounded, and at home in your body again.

I’m passionate about the simple joys in life: home-cooked meals, quiet mornings, being outdoors, and living with intention. That same grounded, intentional energy guides the way I support my clients—through practical, root-cause healing that honors the whole person.

Why I do this work

In my years practicing as a nurse, I’ve witnessed far too many people suffer—often unnecessarily and simply because they didn’t get the support or education they needed in time.

Our medical system often waits until things are critical to intervene. But I believe in catching symptoms early, empowering people with education, and addressing the root cause before it becomes a crisis.

That’s what led me here: supporting individuals who are tired of guessing, tired of being dismissed, and ready to finally understand what their body is trying to tell them.

I specialize in gut health because it’s the foundation of your health. When your gut is off, everything is off—energy, mood, skin, hormones, immunity, detox. But when we support it properly? Everything begins to shift.

Using functional labs and personalized assessments, I help you understand your body on a deeper level. Together, we create a plan that’s actually doable—one that supports your body through nourishing meals that stabilize blood sugar, targeted supplements, gentle detox strategies, daily nervous system regulation, and simple mindset shifts that reconnect you to your body.

My approach isn’t about throwing a protocol at your symptoms. It’s about helping you understand your body, trust it again, and move forward with a plan that feels clear, doable, and aligned.

If you’re ready to stop guessing, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Let’s get to the root—and rebuild from there.
